Everything on this site is published to give you a fair idea of the project. It is not an offer or a contract. The details that matter to a purchase, including price, are confirmed in writing by our sales team and in the sale documents, not on this page.

Availability and specifications change

Plot and villa availability changes as the project sells. Plot sizes, dimensions, layouts, villa specifications, amenities and timelines are subject to change, and some amenities described here are planned rather than complete. Please confirm current availability and specifications with our team before you make a decision.

Images

Some images on this site are photographs of the site as it stands. Others are artist's impressions and renders of villas, elevations and amenities, shown to illustrate the intent of the design. Renders are not a photograph of a finished building and may differ from what is built.

Approvals

The layout is DTCP approved under DTCP No. 20/2023, and it is registered with TNRERA under TNRERA No. TN/11/Layout/2427/2023, dated 07.07.2023. We are happy to share the approval documents with you during a site visit, and we would encourage you to read them.
